


End-All, Be-All of C63 AMG headersAfter months of Computer-aided design (CAD) and computer flow dynamic modeling, the Dyno-Comp/MBH C63 AMG Long-Tube header is now available to the public! This C63 AMG header utilizes the same materials and renowned build quality of our famous Dyno-Comp/MBH AMG-55 header. We tested this header on a C63 AMG with stock software and secondary cat delete, and realized gains of 60+ HP. Then Dyno-Comp added RENNtech’s Stage-3 C63 software in conjunction with the Dyno-Comp long tube headers and saw an additional 40-50 HP.
Pretty simple math: Get a 120-130 HP gain on your C63 AMG with Secondary cat delete, RENNtech Stage-3 Software, and Dyno-Comp/MBH long tube headers!!!
This new Dyno-Comp/MBH C63 AMG header has CRUSHED all competitor headers….and literally thousands of dollars less!!!
Features:
- 2.0” Primary pipe design. (all other competitor headers only use 1-7/8”)
- “True” sequential firing order design. This results in cylinder “scavenging” which improves engine efficiency by utilizing the velocity of each exhaust stroke in order to draw fresh air into each cylinder ready for the next combustion cycle.
- “Try-Y” design. Specifically for the normally aspirated 63-AMG engine, this “Try-Y” header design further optimizes scavenging effect which dramatically increases top end power while optimizing low to mid range torque.
- One piece “mono-flange” design ensures a positive exhaust manifold seal. (other competitor headers relief cut the flash resulting in warped flanges and poor seal.)
- 304 stainless steel 2.0” primary header pipes.
- 321 stainless flanges
- TIG welded and built by hand by our master fabricator. This is the same craftsmanship and quality of materials that goes into INDY car headers made by the same hands which make the Dyno-Comp C63 and AMG-55 headers.
